Strep-Tactin® Column Evaluation Sets

Optimize your results!
Each support exhibits different non-specific binding properties. Thus, the appropriate support for the purification of a recombinant protein is normally not predictable and it depends on the recombinant protein, which support works best for purification. For rapid optimization of your purification results, we are now offering two Column Evaluation Sets with Strep-Tactin immobilized to the supports Sepharose®, Superflow® and MacroPrep®, respectively. The regular size set contains our standard 1 ml columns, while the Mini-Column Set contains our new 0.2 ml mini-columns for purification of 10-20 nmol protein (illustrations below).
